Cardiovascular disease-related mortality among older adults with CLL, CML, and Hodgkin lymphoma declined for two decades before rising sharply during the pandemic era (2018-2021), with APCs exceeding +13.5% in both sexes. Despite partial recovery after 2021, rates remain above pre-pandemic levels across most regions and demographic groups. Analysis of 109,035 deaths from CDC WONDER (1999-2024) using Joinpoint Regression revealed persistent sex- and region-based disparities, highlighting the urgent need for cardio-oncology integration and cardiovascular risk stratification in hematologic malignancy survivorship care.
