Screening for unruptured intracranial aneurysms on time-of-flight MRA (TOF-MRA) is challenging due to lesion heterogeneity and marked inter-reader variability. Artificial intelligence (AI) could help improve detection consistency. This study evaluates a deep-learning model for aneurysm detection compared with general radiologists.
