Delivering a high quality Net Zero healthcare system relies on engagement from all roles and areas. Most staff are aware of the need for change and want to be part of the solution, but find this challenging and isolating without support and guidance. They need simple, effective, easily-accessible information that is relevant to their role, and they want to connect with others who are embarking on the same journey. Green Impact can support this.

 

Green Impact uses an online toolkit which breaks down complicated sustainability strategy into manageable actions for staff from all functions, and guides them to embed sustainability within their teams. We currently have free-to-access nationwide primary care toolkits for dentistry and general practice, and have created bespoke programmes for NHS Trusts to support their own Green Plans.

Green Impact follows an annual cycle of team-based sustainability improvements, learning opportunities, monitoring & evaluation, and recognition via awards. It brings everyone together to make the changes most relevant to their team to meaningfully embed sustainability from the inside out.
