• From the selected PMP, the patient sample was calculated according to Krejcie and Morgan plus an estimated non-response rate of 20%
• Data collection is carried out online with the client's consent by sending a survey link via short message to  be distributed randomly to PMP clients.
• Data was analyze using guideline from PERMENPAN* No. 14 of 2017 regarding Guidelines for Compiling Public Satisfaction Surveys of Public Service Provider Units

RESULT

The results of the survey data collection calculated from the interpretation of the total score of the client survey data analysis in Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PERMENPAN) or Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform No. 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Compiling Public Satisfaction Surveys of Public Service Provider Units.

The calculation of the interval value is the client's assessment score with a range of 1-4 for each satisfaction element answered by the client who filled out the survey, then from this score the median value is calculated to be categorized based on the interval value scale. The results of the conversion of the calculation of each satisfaction element in this survey can be seen in Table below
