For a quality and safe health service, both health workers and patients and their relatives should be in a safe environment. In order to provide such an environment, risks that threaten safety must be eliminated or minimised. Hospitals can only reduce these risks by analysing them with an effective risk management approach and taking the necessary precautions. In the light of the data obtained in this study, the decrease in the number of general risks and high risks and the decrease in the number of medium risks and important risks compared to the previous year shows the effectiveness and importance of risk analysis in ensuring employee health and safety in health services.
