Quality Culture, Cross-Campus Collaboration, Growing Together

Introduction:Total Quality Management is not merely a slogan or a responsibility of the management department. It should be implemented within the healthcare process. Through the cultivation of a quality culture in every employee, driving continuous improvement in healthcare quality, we can elevate regional medical standards. This ensures the most efficient allocation of medical resources, ultimately achieving the goal of advancing healthcare quality and benefiting patients.

Methods:Improving the healthcare environment depends on enhancing medical quality. Objective data monitoring becomes the best tool for this purpose. Appropriate self-monitoring and management of indicators will guide quality in the right direction, promoting a culture of quality improvement and resource sharing. Here is a summary of the outlined strategies:Establish Consultant Physician System, Cultivation of Healthcare Quality Professionals, Implement Indicator Review Processes, Establishment of Automated Indicator Systems, Develop Incentive System to Boost Team Morale, On-Site Coaching for Collaborating Hospitals, Conduct Discussion Meetings on Indicators Improvement with 21 partner Hospitals.

Results:

1.Talent Development for Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety in Administrative Systems

2. Automated Indicator Systems Enhance Data Accuracy

3. Invest Significant Amount of Resources in Healthcare Quality Resources

4.Sustained Utilization of Indicators to Drive Performance in Continuous Quality Improvement

Conclusion:A comprehensive quality culture depends on daily, continuous process improvements by all staff. Through professional quality management systems, talent training, information system support, and cooperation with partner hospitals. This approach fosters ongoing quality enhancement and cross-team collaboration. We aim to integrate quality indicators into clinical care, encourage physician involvement in quality improvement, and establish systems for indicator review and rewards, ensuring a lasting quality culture among all staff members.
