This case presentation illustrated step by step workflow from surgery to restoration for full mouth implant rehabilitation of patient with terminal dentition.

The utilization of stackable guide enables prosthetic driven implant placement and facilitated immediate loading prosthesis, which can predictably reduce chair side time and adjustment visits. 

Digital and conventional impression are both clinically accurate and prototype passive fit were obtained providing good reference for further final zirconia full arch implant supported fixed prosthesis delivery.
