This one-page poster presents a BVidAL Clinical Software Suite case-study workflow for review-only longitudinal tracking of neurodegenerative change using OASIS-2 longitudinal brain MRI data. Serial MRI timepoints from selected OASIS-2 subjects were imported into BVidAL SaMD beta 0.16.600606 and organized as longitudinal visit evidence. The workflow converts source MRI review outputs into geometry-based state representations for visualizing trajectory change, progression-related deviation, stability loss, and structured neurobiological review context within the Bansal Bio frameworks.
The poster demonstrates eight processed viewer MRI outputs from two longitudinal subjects, together with SaMD-generated source evidence, visit tracking, review-status, biomarker-readiness, and digital-twin readiness panels. The workflow is intended to show interpretable organization of imaging evidence across time, not to provide autonomous diagnosis or treatment recommendation. Region-specific neurodegeneration measurements, hippocampal/ventricular/cortical/whole-brain volume reporting, and final clinical interpretation require verified ROI/volume evidence, segmentation QC, and qualified reviewer sign-off.
