This poster presents a multimodal blood-based biomarker and MRI framework for early detection and biological classification of dementia pathology. AD-related blood biomarkers combined with MRI vascular measures may provide a scalable, non-invasive approach to identify Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, and mixed dementia pathology. Mixed pathology was common and showed higher burden across MRI, blood, cognitive, and clinical measures.
