Trends in mortality from multiple myeloma with renal failure among U.S. adults (age ≥25), 1999–2025, using CDC WONDER data. Examines age-adjusted mortality rates (AAMR) by age group, race/ethnicity, U.S. census region, and urbanization level via joinpoint regression. Overall AAMR declined from 1.31 to 0.84 per 100,000 (65,256 total deaths); significant declines in middle-aged/older adults, Asian/Pacific Islander and Hispanic/Latino populations; stagnant mortality among adults ≥85 years and Black populations.
