MANAGEMENT OF ENDOMETRIAL CANCER- AUDIT LOOP
AIM:
Data collection from fusion of cases with proven endometrial cancer from January 2023 to January 2024.
Analyse findings.
Compare findings with the previous audit.
Compare MRI accuracy.
FINDINGS:
Total 47 patients
83% endometroid endometrial cancer
Imaging: 65.95% had MRI pelvis,25.53% had CT TAP only, 4.25% had CT TAP and MRI, 4.25% had no imaging due to death, declined
85.1% had operative management. Figure 1 discusses the route of procedure at different centres.
57.5% operated in Walsall. 42.5% in cancer centre. Figure 2 highlights the procedure done.
