Our focus was to lower the burden of the nurses, lower the mortality linked with code blue especially in covid settings.

This initiative prioritized efficiency, precise monitoring, and early detection so that clinicians could be informed to take the appropriate steps. Through this initiative, the attendant of the patient who wanted to be updated on their condition was able to make calls and receive detailed notes every four hours. A team from nursing, clinicians and quality was formed, to implement the monitoring system. This innovative pod was demonstrated to the team, and it was explained to them how beneficial it will be in early detection system, and how it will help in lessen the workload of nurses.
