Improving the efficiency of infection control for Healthcare workers

 

Introduction

Healthcare workers are at high exposure risk of blood-borne infections due to infection exposure accidents during work, which can lead to physical and mental pain. In the event of an infection exposure accident, the hospital cannot conduct tests on the causative patient and can only conduct tests and follow-ups on the exposed employees. This results in unnecessary management costs and tasks, which require improvement. To provide a safer working environment, this study aimed to improve the employee infection exposure accident management process and strengthen management efficiency.
