Reducing outpatient waiting time by physician-personalized appointment setting

For a long time, patients have been complaining about waiting times, and we found that long waiting times are a major cause of patient dissatisfaction in outpatient clinics. Therefore, it has become an important issue for hospital improvement.

This study aimed to reduce outpatient waiting time (WT) in a tertiary care center using a physician-personalized appointment system.
