Introduction : 

In medical institutions, the installation of self-service payment devices has become common, and various systems are used for convenient payment. Currently, Ilsan Hospital has a self-service payment device installed and has additionally introduced and used an automatic payment system; however, there are many inconveniences and complaints, such as repeated requests for payment at the payment window due to non-payment problems at outpatient blood donation stations.
