A multifunctional hydrogel scaffold was developed using a chitosan-gelatin base reinforced with bimetal-organic framework functionalised with curcumin. Results show enhanced cell antioxidant activity, increased wound healing rates, and enhanced antibacterial activity. This hybrid hydrogel dressing is promising for contributing to good health and reduced infection.
