Head lice and dandruff remain common scalp concerns, often treated with harsh chemicals that pose risks to children. This project presents a dual-action aerosol spray that is safe, child-friendly, and affordable. Community trials in Nigeria showed rapid lice immobilization, reduced nit recurrence, improved scalp health, and positive user feedback. By providing a non-toxic alternative, the spray supports low-income households, helps reduce school absenteeism linked to lice outbreaks, and demonstrates how aerosol innovation can advance accessible healthcare solutions aligned with SDG 3.
