Cancer and its therapies can be harmful to the heart and brain, even many years after treatment completion. Current research is limited to small patient groups and basic data types. Our study used large-scale linked health records of more than 180 thousand UK Biobank participants to understand cardiac and brain health of cancer survivors. We found that cancer survivors had an increased risk of a range of cardiac and neurological outcomes compared to the general population.  Survivors of haematological, lung, and head and neck cancers were the most vulnerable. This information helps us better understand the long-term multi-organ health of cancer survivors.
