Women having pre-existing medical conditions are increasingly embarking on pregnancy. Despite efforts to provide pre-conceptional counselling, majority of these pregnancies are unplanned. Termination of pregnancy is needed if the pregnancy poses a danger to the life of the woman. In this study we analyse the terminations done in such medically complex women to know the causes, methods and contraceptive choices post procedure.
