The MBRRACE-UK report showed that between 207-19, 89 women died during and up to one year after pregnancy from a malignancy.1 Here we describe a case report of a nulliparous 33 year old pregnant woman of Pakistani origin. We report this case due to its atypical clinical presentation and unusual sequence of events.
