To present a complex case of bilateral choroidal lesions resembling Dalen-Fuchs nodules with unilateral optic disc oedema, highlighting diagnostic challenges in differentiating autoimmune, infectious, and paraneoplastic causes in a patient with recent intravesical BCG therapy. |
