Aging is associated with progressive physiological decline and increased oxidative stress caused by reactive oxygen species (ROS). This study evaluated the anti-aging potential of Rajata Bhasma using a D-galactose-induced oxidative stress model in Wistar rats. Antioxidant activity was assessed through in vivo FRAP, DPPH, and ABTS assays, while serum liver and lipid profiles were analyzed to determine systemic effects. Results demonstrated that Rajata Bhasma effectively counteracted oxidative damage and helped maintain biochemical homeostasis, indicating significant antioxidant, anti-aging, and hepatoprotective properties. These findings support the traditional Ayurvedic use of Rajata Bhasma as a rejuvenative therapeutic agent.
