In this work, we validated the HISCL-5000 / 800 (Sysmex) pTau-217, amyloid-beta42 and amyloid-beta40 assays. We found high diagnostic accuracy of HISCL pTau-217 and amyloid-beta42/40 results, and established cutoffs for clinical use.
