This study aimed to evaluate the clinical performance of the Lumipulse G pTau 217 Plasma assay (Fujirebio Europe N.V.) to identify amyloid pathology in a European cohort of patients, aged 50 years and over, presenting with signs and symptoms of cognitive decline. The study included the determination and validation of diagnostic cut-off values and the establishment of reference ranges.
