Spatial And Temporal Patterns Of Microstructural Degeneration In Gray And White Matter Of Alzheimer's Disease
Part of Topic
Non-invasive diffusion magnetic resonance imaging (dMRI) enables the assessment of cortical and subcortical microstructure through diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and advanced neurite orientation dispersion and density imaging (NODDI) models. However, the dynamic spatiotemporal patterns of microstructural degeneration in gray and white matter, as well as their relationship to Alzheimer’s disease (AD) pathology, remain unclear.
