We present a case of HPP complicated by life-threatening rhabdomyolysis and superimposed pre-eclampsia with severe features.
- 27 yo - G3P0020 with fatigue, edema and weakness and dangerously hypokalemic
- found to have clinical rabdomyolysis and managed with IV fluids
- Flash pulmonary edema and fetal bradycardia days into the inpatient stay necessitating C-section
