Attitude of medical personnel toward health system in Iraq

Study  Objectives;

Find out the attitudes od Iraqi medical personnel towards the system

To define the main problems they face in managing serious and difficult cases in both private and public hospitals.

To find out the possible solutions.

 

The study areas

Three hospitals , one is public and two privates

 

The Methodology

A cross-sectional descritive study which was conducted over 4 months ( June- September 2023) involving 81 medical personnel distributed equally among these categories ;

Senior doctors

Junior doctors

Nurses 

All were answering 12 Questions survey on Iraq's system.

The results were analysed and descriped in the poster
