This poster presents a clinical case of dentoalveolar surgery performed in a patient receiving long-term oral bisphosphonate therapy for osteoporosis. It highlights the relationship between bisphosphonate use and impaired bone remodeling, with specific emphasis on the risk of medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (MRONJ). The case outlines comprehensive preoperative risk assessment, interdisciplinary planning, conservative surgical techniques, and structured postoperative follow-up. The successful healing outcome supports the importance of individualized treatment planning and vigilant monitoring when performing oral surgical procedures in patients exposed to bisphosphonates.
