A 23-year-old systemically healthy male with a history of dental trauma presented with esthetic concerns and a localized ridge deficiency associated with the absence of the maxillary right central and lateral incisors (#8 and #7). This case report describes a simultaneous hard- and soft-tissue management approach for reconstruction of the anterior maxillary ridge to facilitate implant-supported restoration and optimize esthetic outcomes. Ultrasonographic assessment was employed to assist in soft-tissue evaluation and monitoring of papilla maturation. A novel inverted T-shaped connective tissue graft technique was utilized to achieve buccal and interproximal soft-tissue augmentation.
