ABSTRACT
Fabricating a survived crown to an existing removable partial denture (RPD) has been described using many techniques in the literature. However, in the event of tooth loss and implant supported abutments for an RPD are indicated this article describe simplified clinical and laboratory steps to fabricate crown that fits existing implant and an RPD. Using an impression coping and temporary abutment the final crown was fabricated without the need to send the patient’s RPD between visits to the laboratory thus, allowing the patient to leave the dental office with his RPD.
