A 62-year-old male patient with multiple misaligned restorations, distal cantilivers in posterior sector and fractured restorations.
Radiographically there is absence of multiple teeth, as well as generalized loss of bone
Implants were placed in the area of teeth 12, 22, 16, 36 and 46, performing peri-implant tissue management
Preparations were made for total crowns and veneers of remaining teeth.
