INTRODUCTION. A natural contour and an appropriate transition between the prosthesis crown and the soft tissue represents an important challenge, that starts with the development of the emergence profile.

A 62-year-old male patient with multiple misaligned restorations, distal cantilivers in posterior sector and fractured restorations.

Radiographically there is absence of multiple teeth, as well as generalized loss of bone

Implants were placed in the area of teeth 12, 22, 16, 36 and 46, performing peri-implant tissue management

Preparations were made for total crowns and veneers of remaining teeth.
