Background:
Totally endoscopic heart valve surgery is increasingly widespread.
Combined aortic, mitral, tricuspid with endoscopic or robotic set up is little reported in literature
Aim: the procedure is feasible through the same working port and with satisfactory short term results
Method:
March 2014 – December 2023
540 totally endoscopic aortic valve procedures patients without specific preoperative selection
25 cases of aortic, mitral and tricuspid procedure
Conclusion:
Aortic, mitral and tricuspid valve can be treated simultaneously through the same access with a totally endoscopic approach. Results are satisfactory
