Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the long-term results of two-stage exchange for TKA PJI . Methods: Retrospective review of patients undergoing two-stage exchange arthroplasty for infected TKA within January 2017-October2023. Results: Treatment success rate was 90.7% for both contemporary and historical cohorts. Conclusion: Two-stage exchange for TKA PJI demonstrated equivalent infection eradication rates in this contemporary cohort compared with historical institutional data.
