This poster presents a scoping review on the role of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in pain signaling beyond migraine. It explores CGRP-mediated mechanisms in orofacial, postoperative, endometriosis-related, gouty/inflammatory arthritis, and neuropathic pain, highlighting shared sensitization pathways and therapeutic implications.
