This case report describes the multidisciplinary rehabilitation of an 11-year-old patient with ectodermal dysplasia, presenting with oligodontia, ridge deficiency, and ankylosed teeth. Treatment included soft-tissue augmentation, orthodontic alignment, and minimally invasive prosthodontic strategies such as onlays, non-metal RPDs, and planned early mandibular mini implants in the parasymphyseal region. The staged, growth-oriented approach highlights strategies to balance functional, esthetic, and psychosocial needs while accommodating craniofacial growth.
