This case report describes the digital workflow used to fabricate a custom metal housing in an individual who has 2 unidentifiable implant abutments. Digital design and manufacturing techniques were used to fabricate the customised cobalt chrome housing. Current technologies make it possible for clinicians to design and manufacture patient-specific solutions for patients.
