This case report describes the use of a fully digital workflow incorporating photogrammetry for immediate-loading maxillary full-arch rehabilitation. A 70-year-old edentulous male patient, satisfied with the esthetics and function of his interim denture, requested that the definitive prosthesis replicate its arrangement. Six implants were placed using a digitally guided approach, and the denture was scanned to preserve the approved occlusion. Following surgery, a photogrammetry-based digital impression was obtained to capture implant positions with high precision. A 3D-printed interim prosthesis mimicking the denture setup was delivered within 48 hours. The patient reported comfort and satisfaction at follow-ups, with no biological or prosthetic complications. This case highlights the value of aligning patient expectations with digital technologies, demonstrating that photogrammetry enhances accuracy, efficiency, and reproducibility in immediate-loading full-arch implant rehabilitation.
