Introduction
-
Dupuytren’s disease is a relatively common condition encountered by hand surgeons. Injection of collagenase Clostridium histolyticum enzyme, followed by manual manipulation, is effective in managing Dupuytren’s disease.
-
For a variety of reasons, patients are often unable to return to clinic for manipulation within the recommended 24-72 hours from injection.
-
Therefore, we sought to study the impact of time from collagenase injection to manipulation on outcomes and post-procedure complications.
