This poster presents a structured, modified Delphi consensus study that defined current and future treatment goals for anti-amyloid therapies in patients with early Alzheimer’s disease (AD). The agreed goals aim to support treatment initiation and ongoing management discussions between clinicians, patients, and care partners. Across patient, care partner, and healthcare professional perspectives, consensus emphasized the importance of maintaining patients in earlier, milder stages of disease for longer, alongside a manageable safety profile and sustained access to treatment. These findings highlight the value of using consensus-based treatment goals within a structured framework to support shared decision-making, with flexibility to adapt as evidence, patient needs, and treatment experiences evolve.
