Diagnosis and Treatment Plan
A 40-year old male patient complained about his diastemas. Clinical and radiographic examination revealed generalized moderate periodontitis and non-carious cervical and incisal lesions on the maxillary anterior teeth.
Periodontal pretreatment included scaling and root planing. After digital esthetic evaluation, direct composite restorations were proposed and accepted by the patient as a conservative and affordable treatment option with predictable esthetic results.
